Ok, Today I am starting a few new things. First my Blog "about weight loss"! and A new exercise and healty eating plan. I have been wanting to start blogging for a while now and just have not gotten started, soooo today as I woke up disgusted with myself again, I decided to get going! My plan is to exercise and eat my way thin, I will be sharing my ups, downs, tears, recipes, workout plans, and successes with you right here in Michelleville! I will be posting a lot more about how I got here and where I am planning to go very soon as well as a before pic. I had 2 goals for today. #1 was to just get this blog started. and # 2 to exercise. Well...... I obviously started my blog and I walked 30 mins on the treadmill, yah! So just like that I am reaching my goals! See ya soon!
